1. What is the cancellation policy?
We require a minimum of 48 hours notice for cancellations. Cancellations made within 48 to 24 hours will be charged at 50% of your appointment cost. Cancellations within 24 hours or no shows will be charged at 100% of your appointment fee.
2. Are masks required during appointments?
Masks are optional at Tommie Salon as of July 1st, 2021. The salon is a clean and safe space that honors the decisions of each individual regarding masks.
