- Consultations: Complimentary and required for all color services.
- Payments: Accepted forms include Cash, Debit, Visa, and MasterCard. Gift certificates are also available.
- Cancellation Policy: A credit card is required to secure appointments. Cancellations or rescheduling within 48 hours will incur a charge of $150 for color services and $50 for haircut services.
